Permanently delete your Replyrr account and everything tied to it. Sign in to do it instantly, or request deletion by email — and revoke Instagram's access whenever you like.

This permanently erases
- Every connected Instagram account and its access token
- All automations, keywords, AI agents, and uploaded knowledge files
- Direct-message history, comment data, and analytics events
- Your billing profile — any active subscription is cancelled
- Your Replyrr profile and sign-in identity
Sign in to delete your account instantly. You will confirm on a private account page; the deletion takes a few seconds and cannot be undone.
Cannot access your account? Email hello@replyrr.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete My Data" and we will remove everything within 7 business days.
What deletion removes
Deleting your account is a complete, permanent erase. The moment you confirm, we remove:
- Every connected Instagram account and its access token
- All automations, keywords, AI agents, and uploaded knowledge files
- Direct-message history, comment data, and analytics events
- Your billing profile — any active subscription is cancelled
- Your Replyrr profile and sign-in identity
There is no soft-delete and no recovery window. Once it's done, it's gone.
Prefer to delete by email?
If you can't sign in, email hello@replyrr.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete My Data". Include your Instagram username so we can find your account. We'll delete everything within 7 business days and confirm by email.
Revoke Instagram's access
Deleting your account already removes the Instagram tokens we hold. To also remove Replyrr from Instagram's side:
- Go to Instagram > Settings > Apps and Websites
- Find "Replyrr" > Remove
- This revokes our API access immediately
What we keep, and why
Your account data is fully erased from Replyrr. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, DodoPayments, which retains the invoices and tax records for those transactions as long as the law requires — this is separate from the account data we delete, and it isn't used to identify or contact you.
