Data Deletion Instructions
Clear steps for deleting your Replyrr data, removing connected Instagram access, and understanding what records may be retained for legal reasons.
How to Delete Your Data from Replyrr
You have full control over your data. You can request complete deletion at any time.
Option 1: Delete from Dashboard
This is the recommended deletion method.
- Log in to replyrr.com
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
This immediately removes:
- Your Instagram access token
- All automation rules and keywords
- Webhook event logs
- Message history and comment data
- Your email and profile
Deletion is permanent and completes within 24 hours.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account, email hello@replyrr.com from your registered email with subject "Delete My Data". Include your Instagram username. We will delete all data within 7 business days and confirm by email.
What Meta Requires
If you connected via Instagram and want to remove Replyrr's access:
- Go to Instagram > Settings > Apps and Websites
- Find "Replyrr" > Remove
- This revokes our API access immediately
Data We Cannot Delete
We retain anonymized usage statistics and billing records as required by Indian tax law for 7 years. This data cannot identify you personally.
