Terms of Service

By creating an account on Replyrr ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. Replyrr is operated by Replyrr, a sole proprietorship registered in India.

Replyrr provides Instagram automation tools for businesses and creators, including comment and direct-message replies, a visual message builder, conversation management, analytics, lead-capture flows, and optional AI-generated replies. The Service connects to your Instagram Professional Account through Meta's official Instagram API.

• You must have an Instagram Professional Account (Business or Creator)
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Use Replyrr for spam, harassment, or unsolicited messaging
• Automate replies that violate Instagram policies
• Share your account access with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or cause harm to the Instagram platform.

When you connect your Instagram account, Replyrr processes:

• Your Instagram account ID, username, access token, and token expiry
• Messages, comments, replies, and related event identifiers
• Media metadata needed for the posts and triggers you configure
• Contact profile and follow-relationship fields Meta makes available for an eligible conversation

Replyrr uses this information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the Service. AI features may send relevant conversation, instruction, and knowledge text to OpenAI to generate a response. See the Privacy Policy for the full data inventory, service providers, retention periods, and deletion process. Replyrr does not sell Meta Platform Data.

Replyrr offers paid subscription plans. Billing is processed through our payment partner. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No refunds for partial months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate service for violation of these terms with 7 days notice.

Replyrr is provided "as is". We are not liable for Instagram API outages, account restrictions by Meta, or lost business. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email.

These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
